PLATED STYLE SERVICE
For these types of events we usually recommend that you start with a few pre selected tapas on arrival (choose 2-4 items) followed by 1 salad option and then plated entree. We require a entree count from your guests (they need to choose meat/chicken/fish/veg before the event).
If getting entree orders from your guests is not an option we recommend offering main course off of our seasonal dinner menu.

Earl Grey Créme Brûlée
earl grey custard topped with layer of caramelized sugar. GF
fried puff pastry tossed in vanilla, cinnamon sugar, served with chocolate sauce.
