PLATED STYLE SERVICE
For these types of events we usually recommend that you start with a few pre selected tapas on arrival (choose 2-4 items) followed by 1 salad option and then plated entree. For groups larger then 30 we require an entree count from your guests (they need to choose meat/chicken/fish/veg before the event) 1 week prior to the event date.
If getting entree orders from your guests is not an option we recommend offering main course off of our seasonal dinner menu.
FAMILY STYLE SERVICE
Served down the center of each table. For these types of events we usually recommend that you start with a few pre selected tapas on arrival (choose 2-4 items) followed by 1 salad option and then shared entrees & sides followed by dessert either individually platted or shared.
BUFFET STYLE SERVICE
Served at a buffet table. Tapas to share at the bar. Salads, sides and entree platters served on a buffet table followed by dessert
Tapas are passed and served on the bar. Menu is all finger food and designed for everyone to mingle.
BRUNCH | LUNCH
Can be served Family Style, Buffet or Platted.
WINE | BEER | COCKTAILS
There are 4 bar options. Beer, wine, spirits & soft drinks are billed on consumption, wine is charged by the bottle opened. Corkage $20 per bottle.
- Top Shelf, Grey Goose/Patron approximately $14 per cocktail.
- Medium Shelf, Kettle One/Makers Mark approximately $12 per cocktail.
- House Spirits Amsterdam Vodka/Redemption Whiskey approximately $9 per cocktail. You can choose up to 4 specialty cocktails to offer your guests.
